Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking refuse loaders to join a team for residential and commercial waste collection. You will work in crews of 3–4, loading and unloading trucks, with early starts around 05:45 and typical finish around 14:00. Training is provided, and attendance is important for this client.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with Saturday overtime sometimes available. A strong work ethic and ability to walk long distances are essential for daily duties and team

Refuse loaders required out of Alfreton.

Inductions available for Tuesday 1st September, and will be an immediate start after, if successful on the assessment

Full time position

This is a Monday to Friday postion, and offering good working hours each day.

As a refuse loader you will work as part of a team making the residential and commercial garden waste, glass, and general waste collections. You will be in teams of 3-4 loaders and will be responsible for safely loading and unloading of the trucks. The ability to work in a team and be able to walk long distances, and do manual work is therefore essential!

Our client is strict on attendance, so any worker will need to have a good attendance record

• Be physically fit and able to walk 12000-13000 steps per day

Experience is not required for this role as training will be provided

Temp to perm position

Daily start times are 0545.

Regular finish time is around 2pm.

Saturday overtime is available.

Rate is

£12.71 per hour for weekdays, for the first 8 hours

£19.07 for overtime and hours worked on Saturdays

After 12 weeks, the rate increases to £13.74 per hour.for the first 8 hours

£20.61 oer hour for overtime and hours worked on Saturdays
