Job summary

Abri is seeking an Apprentice Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team and begin a rewarding career in horticulture and grounds maintenance. The role covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey, including Reading, Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot, and Slough.

You will learn hands-on while working on community green spaces and gardens. There’s no requirement to be a gardening expert; a passion to learn, a can-do attitude, and enjoyment of outdoor work are valued.

This role covers a broad patch across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey, including Reading, Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot, Wokingham, Slough, Camberley, Guildford, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes and surrounding locations.
