Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare invites applications for a Female Complex Care Assistant to support a young client with complex needs at home. You will provide epilepsy care, medication administration and learning support, with full specialist training provided.

The role offers night shifts (Fri and Sun, 21:00–09:00) with flexible additional nights under a zero-hours contract, and ongoing support from a dedicated team including a nurse manager and care coordinator.
