Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a vigilant Security Officer in Skelmersdale to protect customers, staff and premises. You’ll greet staff and visitors, monitor for rule infractions, conduct patrols, respond to alarms, and report incidents with clear handovers.

The role requires a valid in-date SIA Licence, proven experience, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm in emergencies, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is required for working as a Security Officer.
• Strong observation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
• Experience as a corporate security officer or similar role is preferred.
