Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is seeking Mechanical Engineers & Techs with a Safety Passport to support multiple sites in Sittingbourne, Rochester, and surrounding areas. The role covers installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, and the safe removal and reinstatement of piping and motor/pump units.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience as Mechanical Engineers, Technicians or Fitters, with ability to work on site and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Engineer, Tech or Fitter on site
• Maintenance and installation of mechanical and piping systems
• Ability to perform checks and reinstatement operations

Responsibilities

• Working on the installation and maintenance of mechanical and piping systems
• Removing and reinstating equipment as required
• Installing electrical cable trays, cables and panels
• Moving between work areas as needed

Covering Sittinbourne, Rochester, Brentwood, Tilbury, Neadby, Scunthorpe, Ferry Bridge, Oldbrough Sites

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Mechanical Engineers or Techs & Fitters

Working Install & Maintenance Work. Working on the safe removal of mechanical & piping systems & Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also installing electrical cable tray & cables and panels

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 2 to 8 + weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract Skilled = £28 + per Hr up to 40 Hrs £33 O/T + per Hr Sat £36 per Hr Sun £40 per Hr

Depending on Skills/Quals Semi Skilled Mates = £19 to £23 + Hr

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
