Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is recruiting for Pipe Fabricators and Fitters to cover sites in Hoo, Rochester, Sittingbourne, Ashford, West Thurrock, Brentwood. You will work on installing and maintaining piping systems, moving spools and components, and assisting with checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Candidates should have hands-on fabrication experience, be able to read drawings, and be prepared for 48–55+ hour weeks with overtime on weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabricating and installing pipework to drawings.
• Move pipe spools, valves and supports between work areas.
• Willing to work long hours and Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checks and reinstatement fitting work.
• Fabricate and install new pipework per site drawings or runs.
• Move items to lay down areas and support alignment and testing.

Covering Hoo, Rochester, Sittingbourne, Ashford, West Thurrock, Brentwood area Sites

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Pipe Fabricators/Fitters and

HVAC or Mechanical Engineers or Techs & Fitters

Working Install & Maintenance Work. Working on the safe removal of Piping, HVAC, Mechanical systems

Moving pipe spools, valves, supports from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Fabrication & installing new modified Pipework to drawings or site run work.

Working on 1/2 - 2 inch screwed & maypress pipework & 2 - 6 inch flanged & welded pipework

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 2 to 8 + weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract Skilled = £28 + per Hr up to 40 Hrs £33 O/T + per Hr Sat £36 per Hr Sun £40 per Hr

Depending on Skills/Quals Semi Skilled Mates = £19 to £23 + Hr

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
