Job summary

Priority Healthcare in Shoreham-by-Sea is recruiting a Complex Care Support Worker to assist a client with acquired brain injury in a fully adapted home. You’ll help with personal care, medications, and community activities, aiming to promote independence.

This temporary-to-permanent role offers 36 hours on a 4‑week rota (days, nights, and sleep-ins). Driving is required; training and development opportunities are provided. Competitive pay and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK driving licence.
• Experience working with complex conditions (ABI, CP) and challenging behaviour.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Be physically fit to support client with activities like swimming and gym.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication administration in the community.
• Support client to live as independently as possible in daily activities.
• accompany client to gym, swimming and other outings, and assist as needed.

Client and Role:

• Our client is in his 30s living with complex conditions and requires support for personal care , medication administration and out and about in the community
• Our client loves attending the gym ,swimming, watching films and listening to music

Successful Applicant:

• Must hold a UK driving license
• Must have experience working with complex conditions and challening behavior (ABI,CP)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym
