Penderels Trust in Shipston-on-Stour is seeking a caring and energetic Support Worker to assist a young boy weekly. The role involves supporting a non-verbal child with ASD, SPD, ADHD and PICA, and promoting safe, engaging activities that aid development. DBS disclosure will be required.
The position is part-time and on-site, with duties including personal care, meal support and fostering a trusting relationship. A positive attitude, patience and willingness to learn are essential.

Our son is non-verbal and has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), ADHD, and PICA. Experience with additional needs is desirable, but a positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn are equally important.
We need someone with plenty of energy, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. The role will involve supporting him in activities he enjoys, encouraging his development, and helping him live life to the fullest in a safe, engaging, and fun way.

Duties and Responsibilities
