Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in a person-centred, supportive environment. You will provide personal and emotional support, help develop new skills, and assist with daily living activities in the community or home setting.

Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential

Be willing and able to work as part of a 24/7 rota, including: Early shifts, Late shifts, Weekends, Bank holidays & Sleep-in shifts.

Must be confident with IT and have access to a suitable device for completing digital timesheets and e-learning

It’s a role that can be fun and rewarding, and at times challenging and demanding — often in equal measure. You could be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
