Mitchells & Butler s PLC in Scunthorpe is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the brand menu with a passion for great food.

You'll train chefs, drive targets with your team, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. Join a programme offering discounts, pensions and progression as part of a leading hospitality group.

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality food.
• Ability to train chefs to a high standard and manage stock.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in a kitchen.
