Job summary

Miller & Carter in Scunthorpe is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team passionate about great food. You will train chefs and help deliver a branded menu with high standards.

You’ll manage stock, orders and hygiene, drive targets with your team, and embrace opportunities for progression and growth within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate Chefs to deliver quality food.
• Strong focus on hygiene and safety standards.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
