Mitchells & Butler PLC in Bridgend is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen that delivers great food. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage stock and assist with ordering while upholding brand standards.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering tips, pension, holiday entitlement, and opportunities for progression within the Miller & Carter brand.

Qualifications
