Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Bishop's Stortford and surrounding East Hertfordshire areas, including Sawbridgeworth, Stansted Mountfitchet and Takeley.

You will work with teachers to deliver lessons, support small groups and individual pupils, and help create an inclusive learning environment with ongoing professional training and local support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, sports coaching, or youth work.
• Patient, empathetic, and can-do approach to classroom support.
• Strong communication skills with good proficiency in English and Maths.
• DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check.
