Job summary

Co-op Group in Sandbach is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store on shift basis, leading a small team and delivering essential services to the community. You’ll work on tills, support daily operations, and coach colleagues to provide great service.

This role requires flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends; no heavy qualification required, but leadership, merchandising, and customer focus are valued.

Job description

Location: Sandbach - The Hill , Sandbach, CW11 1HT

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 6am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing 10pm) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
