Job summary

Co-op in Sandbach is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations and guide a small team on shift, delivering excellent service to the local community.

You’ll motivate staff on tills, merchandising, and stock control, while supporting community engagement and Co-op membership growth. Flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Customer Team Leader

Location: Sandbach - The Hill , Sandbach, CW11 1HT

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 6am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing 10pm) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
