Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in the UK. You will lead a small team in a fast-paced store, ensuring core services run smoothly and customers are supported on the shop floor, at tills, and in the post office or bakery where applicable.
You’ll drive excellent service, merchandise accurately, and engage with the local community. Flexible evenings and weekends are part of the role, with part-time hours and overtime opportunities.
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 22 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: 2pm to 10pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with flexible availability across the week. We're happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
