Job summary

New Concept Care and Nursing Ltd. (NCCN) is seeking warm, compassionate care workers to join Westmeads, our extra care service in Royston. You will support older residents to stay independent, active and connected to their community.

In this role you will provide dignified personal care, help with daily living activities, meals and hydration, and work with families and health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centred care, responding flexibly to changing needs and wellbeing concerns.
