Grace Eyre Foundation is seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our 24/7 supported living service, helping people with learning disabilities and autistic people live fulfilling and independent lives.

You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs and goals, assisting with daily activities, community access, relationship-building, and participation in meaningful activities that matter to them.

Job description

We are looking for caring, compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join Grace Eyre and work within our 24/7 supported living service, supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in providing person-centred support that is tailored to each individual’s needs, wishes and goals. You will support people with everyday activities, developing independence, accessing their local community, building relationships and taking part in activities that are important to them.
