Job summary

YourRecruit Limited is recruiting a Residential Support Worker (RSW) for a 5-bed children's home in Pulborough, West Sussex. The role focuses on safeguarding, supporting education and daily routines for girls aged 11–18 who have experienced trauma.

You will work 39 hours per week, with long days, weekends and regular sleep-ins, earning £14.45 per hour plus £3,000–£6,000 per year in sleep-in payments, and you must hold a full UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK is required.

Additional Earnings: £3,000–£6,000 per annum through sleep-ins (£62.64 per sleep-in)

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker (RSW) looking to make a genuine difference in children's lives?

We are recruiting Residential Support Workers (RSWs) to join an established, 5-bed children's residential home in Pulborough, rated Outstanding in its last two Ofsted inspections.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced, supportive team caring for young females aged 11–18 who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect and emotional or behavioural difficulties (EBD).

As a Residential Support Worker (RSW), you will help young people build confidence, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

You will benefit from the guidance of a long-standing Registered Manager and access to specialist support, including clinical psychology, therapeutic services and professionals experienced in safeguarding, exploitation and complex behaviours.
