Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. Operate the FLT on the factory floor to support production and assist with waste disposal tasks.

You will work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour days and nights, earning £14.40 per hour PAYE. The role requires a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, at least 1 year of experience, and a reliable, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance.
• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Flexible to work both day and night shifts.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks

The Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance
• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
• Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Hours and Pay:

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts (days and nights included)
• £14.40 per hour (PAYE)
