Job summary

Devon School, operated by CareTech Community Services in Paignton, is seeking a part-time chef/kitchen supervisor for a 20-hour-per-week, term-time role on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead a small kitchen team, plan menus with dietary considerations, prepare meals to high standards, and ensure food hygiene and safety compliance. Training and DBS checks applied as part of safeguarding.

The school:

Devon School is an independent specialist provision for students aged 7 to 18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment where students can access learning that is tailored to their individual needs.
