Imagine Independence in Padiham is seeking a Senior Specialist Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in daily living and community engagement. You will provide person-centered support, help with cooking, budgeting, personal care, and accompany people on activities; induction held in Burnley office and enhanced DBS required.
The role includes shift patterns with weekends and sleep-in duties; 25 days leave plus pension scheme and EAP
Shift pattern: Working various shift patterns including alternate weekends and sleep-in duties
Based in: Padiham, Lancashire
