Smart Solutions is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy Waste & Recycling operation in Oxford.

Role includes driving a HGV Class 2 refuse vehicle, collecting residential and commercial waste, and working with loaders on planned routes. Shifts include AM and PM, with planned schedules and weekly pay. The position offers temp-to-perm opportunities, an account manager, and 24/7 support, with free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Driving HGV Class 2 with at least 1 year of experience.
• HGV Class 2 licence required.

Pay Rates

• . Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour
• . Saturday: £23.94 per hour
• . Sunday: £27.00 per hour
• . £250 bonus after 4 full weeks
• . Additional £250 bonus after 8 weeks

Drivers must be flexible to work

• . AM Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• . PM Shift: 12:30pm - 7:00pm

(Shifts are planned in advance.)
