Job summary

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join a busy waste management operation based in Harlow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver with skip vehicle experience looking for ongoing, full-time work with regular weekday hours and optional Saturday overtime.

Day shifts: 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekly pay with £20 per hour and opportunities for overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 license.
• Experience with skip vehicles preferred.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, collect and transport skips to/from commercial and residential sites.
• Safely transport and dispose of waste in line with procedures and regs.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.
• Follow road transport legislation and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle at all times.
