Job summary

Alignedge Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to advise managers on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, probation and performance matters across our UK sites.

You will conduct HR investigations, support complex employee issues and organisational changes, monitor Right to Work and DBS checks, review policies, and prepare risk and compliance reports for senior management to drive better workplace practices.

• Monitor Right to Work checks, DBS checks and Skilled Worker sponsorship compliance.

• Analyse employee feedback, exit interviews and HR trends to improve workplace practices.
