Job summary

Love Your Assets Limited is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth. You will manage end-to-end recruitment and create a positive employee experience.

You will maintain employee records, support performance management, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, compliance, diversity and inclusion, and collaborate across departments to understand workforce needs and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Create a positive employee experience by supporting engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback, and development plans.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee information management.
• Monitor employment legislation updates and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
• Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and organisational culture.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive working environment.
