Paramount Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a well-established South West team. Immediate start with weekly PAYE payments and a £13 per hour rate to begin, with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Driving licence is preferable and multi-site outdoor work is common. The successful candidate will perform strimming and grass cutting duties, ensuring high standards of presentation in varied outdoor environments.

• Must have strimming experience.
