Voyage Care is recruiting a Support Worker in Nottinghamshire to help individuals gain independence within a new supported living service for people with mental health conditions. Job description

Shift times - between 7.30am to 10pm (shift times may vary on opening) Sleep ins will also be required as part of this role

We’re on the hunt for Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support to join our new team in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our a new supported living service for people with mental health conditions, delivering recovery focused support.

As a Support Worker with us, you'll be enabling people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support 9 individuals with mental health conditions.

You’ll be promoting personal growth through supporting people to build skills and increase independence with clear, achievable steps that reflect the person’s strengths, aspirations and recovery goals.
