Voyage Care is recruiting a Support Worker in Nottinghamshire to help individuals gain independence within a new supported living service for people with mental health conditions. You will join a dynamic team delivering recovery-focused support to nine residents and promote growth through empowering, person-centred steps.
The role emphasizes resilience, flexibility and compassionate care to enable confidence and progress on the recovery journey.
Shift times - between 7.30am to 10pm (shift times may vary on opening) Sleep ins will also be required as part of this role

As a Support Worker with us, you'll be enabling people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support 9 individuals with mental health conditions.
