This is an important frontline role where you will help maintain and improve the appearance, condition, and quality of our housing stock, ensuring residents' homes are well-presented and maintained to a high standard.
As a Decorator, you will carry out a range of internal and external decorating works, including surface preparation, painting, wallpapering, and finishing tasks within occupied and void properties. This role will also involve mould treatment, to ensure we adhere to Awaab’s law requirements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed standards. You will also play a key role in providing excellent customer service, working professionally with tenants and residents while helping to create safe, comfortable, and attractive living environments.
