We are looking for a skilled Decorator to join our repairs team. You will carry out internal and external decorating work across our homes, including preparation, painting, wallpapering, staining and finishing, damp and mould remedial work such as mould washes, stain blocking, redecoration and making-good following treatment programmes. You will also complete "making-good" work, minor plaster repairs and other tasks linked to your trade. You will work independently and as part of a wider team, delivering high-quality work, keeping residents informed and making sure repairs are completed safely and right first time. You will use a company van and fuel card for business travel across our operating area.
