idverde in Northampton is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to tidy local sites, perform grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, and handle strimming, pruning, weeding, and litter control. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a standard Mon-Fri pattern and 07:00–16:30 hours.
Applicants should have prior grounds maintenance experience, a valid UK manual driving licence, and be physically fit to work outdoors in all weather. PA1/PA6 are a plus but not required.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, annualised working pattern, hours to be between 0700 to 1630
