Anchor is seeking a Care Team Leader to join our on-site team at M6 8AG. You will oversee shifts, allocate staff, support medication procedures, and conduct care assessments to ensure residents receive high-quality care daily.

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will drive regulatory compliance and foster a positive team culture, delivering consistent, compassionate care and staff development across shifts.
