We are looking for an experienced and driven
Estates Manager - Soft Services to join our Estates Team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding facilities management services across Newcastle College and Newcastle Sixth Form College. Reporting to the Lead Estates Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality soft services and manage key facilities management contracts, ensuring our campuses remain safe, compliant, welcoming and fit for purpose.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and operational facilities management professional with experience of leading change, managing large-scale service contracts, and driving continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of soft services including cleaning, waste management, portering, logistics and the management of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts. Working closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and the wider Estates Team, you will ensure services are delivered efficiently, effectively and in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs and statutory requirements.
