Home Group seeks an Oracle EBS specialist to support and improve the ERP estate, collaborating with the team on projects and change requests. You will document solutions, own issues, and drive delivery across Financials and related modules within a supportive ERP team.

The role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, plus benefits and a salary around £50,000 depending on experience. We’re committed to development and inclusive workplaces.

Qualifications

• Significant Oracle E-Business Suite analyst or consultant experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials; HR or Payroll knowledge beneficial but not essential.
• Delivered solutions from requirements through to implementation.
• Self-starter, take ownership, drive diverse teams to decisions.
• Built strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You have

• You have significant Oracle e-Business Suite analyst or consultant experience.
• You have supported Oracle EBS modules particularly in the Financials domain from a functional perspective. HR or Payroll knowledge as well as technical expertise would be beneficial, but not essential.
• You have delivered solutions from gathering requirements through to implementation.
• You are a self-starter, used to taking full ownership of issues and able to drive diverse teams to making decisions.
• You have built strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The practical bits

• You’ll work Monday to Friday.
• You’ll manage your own diary.
• We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.
