Job summary

Watch It Security Services Ltd is seeking a professional Mobile Response Officer to join our team. You will respond to incidents, conduct site patrols and unlocks/lock ups, providing a visible presence and ensuring the safety of people, property and assets.

This role requires a valid UK Driving Licence, frontline SIA licence, excellent English communication (verbal and written), and a full verifiable 5-year UK work history.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (manual).
• A valid frontline SIA Licence (minimum Security Guard).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbally and written).
• Full verifiable 5 Year Work History Obtained in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarm activations, incidents, and emergency situations.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
• Carry out 'Welfare checks' for security personnel on sites, ensuring their safety & wellbeing whilst on shift.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records, ensuring accurate attention to detail.
• Liaise with Senior Management, Clients and emergency services as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Job description

This job requires you to work different shift patterns including Weekend Days and Nights. Shifts are 12 hours.
