Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel in the UK is seeking a Sea Logistics Training Specialist to deliver onboarding, role-based, systems and process training across our Sea Logistics network. You will develop learning materials, support system changes, and ensure teams have the knowledge to succeed.

You will coordinate with operations and stakeholders, track training via LMS, monitor effectiveness, and coach colleagues. A proactive, collaborative approach and excellent communication are essential; prior logistics or

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or developing others would be preferred.
• Knowledge of Sea Logistics processes is beneficial but not essential.

As a Sea Logistics Training Specialist, you will deliver engaging training programmes, support employee development and help drive consistency across our Sea Logistics organisation. Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders, you will ensure colleagues have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. The location is flexible to any Sea Logistics branches in the UK.

How you create impact

• Deliver onboarding, role-based, systems and process training.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides and learning resources.
• Support training for new systems, process changes and business initiatives.
• Coordinate and track training activity through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and support to employees and operational teams.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure training content remains accurate and up to date.
• Promote knowledge sharing and a positive learning culture

What we would like you to bring

• Knowledge of Sea Logistics processes and systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or developing others would be preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for developing people.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding would be advantageous.
