Job summary

Superdrug Morpeth is seeking a part-time Fragrance Adviser to help customers find perfumes and related products at the fragrance counter. You will provide expert advice, help with add-on sales, and support the store team to keep displays attractive and running smoothly.

The role requires a passion for health and beauty, great customer service, and flexibility in hours. Training is provided for piercing services and other store duties as needed.

As aFragrance Adviser, you’ll use your passion for perfume and fragrance to deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service, helping every customer leave withThat Superdrug Feeling.

Your role is primarily based at the fragrance counter, where you’ll confidently advise customers on perfumes and related products, encourage add-on sales. You’ll also support the wider store team, helping to keep the store well merchandised,running smoothlyandplay a key part in supporting the management team to achieve store targets.

• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
