Job summary

SUPERDRUG Cardiff is seeking a Fragrance Adviser to share your passion for perfume at the fragrance counter. You will provide expert fragrance advice and deliver friendly, efficient customer service to every guest.

Based in Cardiff, the role focuses on add-on sales, merchandising the fragrance area, and supporting the store team to meet targets. Flexible weekdays and a commitment to great service are essential.

Location: 1 2 and 7 Queens West, Queens Street, Cardiff, Cardiff CF10 2AQ

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible. Must be able to do weekdays.

Salary: £10.05 - £13.25 Per Hour

As a Fragrance Adviser, you'll use your passion for perfume and fragrance to deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service, helping every customer leave with That Superdrug Feeling.

Your role is primarily based at the fragrance counter, where you'll confidently advise customers on perfumes and related products, encourage add-on sales. You'll also support the wider store team, helping to keep the store well merchandised, running smoothly and play a key part in supporting the management team to achieve store targets.
