Job summary

inploi is seeking a Fragrance Adviser for the Superdrug counter in Morpeth. You will deliver expert perfume advice and friendly, high-quality customer service to every shopper. Based at the fragrance counter, you’ll help customers choose products, support the store team, keep displays well merchandised and contribute to achieving store targets.

Flexible shifts and part-time hours available. Working hours are 16 per week with opportunity for more hours; salary is hourly with a competitive range

As a Fragrance Adviser, you'll use your passion for perfume and fragrance to deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service, helping every customer leave with That Superdrug Feeling.

Your role is primarily based at the fragrance counter, where you'll confidently advise customers on perfumes and related products, encourage add-on sales. You'll also support the wider store team, helping to keep the store well merchandised, running smoothly and play a key part in supporting the management team to achieve store targets.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
