Job summary

Superdrug in Morpeth is hiring a Fragrance Adviser to share a passion for perfume and deliver expert customer service at the fragrance counter. This 16-hour-per-week role offers flexible shifts and the chance to grow within a busy health and beauty retailer.

You’ll confidently recommend perfumes and related products, promote add-on sales, keep the display well merchandised, and support the store team to help achieve weekly targets. Piercing services training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in beauty retail is preferred.
• Passion for perfume and fragrance is essential.
• Willingness to learn and participate in piercing services training.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers at the fragrance counter with expert perfume knowledge.
• Encourage add-on sales and upsell related products.
• Support the wider store team, keep displays merchandised, and help hit targets.
• Assist management in daily store operations and customer service excellence.

As a Fragrance Adviser, you'll use your passion for perfume and fragrance to deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service, helping every customer leave with That Superdrug Feeling.

Your role is primarily based at the fragrance counter, where you'll confidently advise customers on perfumes and related products, encourage add-on sales. You'll also support the wider store team, helping to keep the store well merchandised, running smoothly and play a key part in supporting the management team to achieve store targets.
