Job summary

Wellburn Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to help run our care home with the Home Manager. You will lead a compassionate team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of resident care.

Role includes supervising care plans, medication handling, and staff support. DBS check is required, and we offer a supportive, family-run environment with inclusive values.

Qualifications

• Team Leaders coordinate care teams and support Staff.
• Experience in care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Home Manager to run the home smoothly.
• Provide top quality care to residents and lead the team.
• Ensure care plans are up to date and medications are managed correctly.
• Support Care Assistants to deliver high standards of care.

About the role:

Working in partnership with the Home Manager, Team Leader's play an important role in the smooth running of our homes. Team

Leaders provide top quality care to our residents and great leadership within their team. We are looking for hard working,

dedicated lovely people who will go the extra mile to ensure our homes run to a high standard.

It's not always glamourous, but it's one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Our Team Leaders help improve the lives of our

residents by ensuring their needs are met, care plans are up to date and medication is administered, stored and recorded

correctly. As well as ensuring our residents are happy and looked after, our Team Leaders also take care of our Care Assistants,

making sure they are delivering the best standard of care possible.

This role is subject to a full enhanced DBS check, in line with Wellburn Care Homes Safeguarding Policy.
