Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler for a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

You will manage transactions from inception to post completion, handle a caseload, liaise with clients and stakeholders, draft legal documents, and provide guidance throughout the process. Salary from £28,000 to £30,000 plus pension, health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Job description

Our successful client, with offices based in Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

As an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-

Handling transactions from inception right through to post completion.

Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices

Managing, updating and organising case files

Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders

Drafting legal documents, conducting land registry searches

Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process

Salary depending upon experience c£28,000 - £30,000 as a starting salary, pension, health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progression.
