Job Title: Trainee Maintenance Technician

Salary: £28,414 per annum

Shifts: 2 x 12-hour days, 2 x 12-hour nights, followed by 6 days off (inclusive of holiday allowance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Maintenance Technician to join our Resident Maintenance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance activities within a busy automated warehouse environment, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.

• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance activities on automated equipment and systems.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and in accordance with legislation, site risk assessments, and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively as part of the Resident Maintenance Team to achieve operational targets.
