Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• 1+ year NMC registration preferred.
• Experience in a care setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and update care plans with input from residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when required.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Milford on Sea area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

One of the leading nursing homes in Hampshire for its warm, homely setting, personalised care plans and exceptional standards of care

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company’s medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.00 - £22.50 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on a mix of shifts.
