Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy hotel, restaurant and leisure complex in the Melton Mowbray area. Depending on experience, you will work in a section, help with daily food preparation, and ensure your section is ready for service.

There is potential live‑in available; a solution for candidates in Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Kegworth or Loughborough with transport. Base salary up to £30,000 with a share of tips; uniforms, meals on duty, free parking and gym access

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie preferred.
• Ability to work in a section and assist with daily food preparation.
• Willingness to contribute to service readiness.

Responsibilities

• Work in a section, help with daily food preparation and ensure section is ready for service.
• Assist with organising the section and supporting the kitchen during service.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and team to maintain quality and efficiency.

A Chef de Partie is required this hotel, restaurant and leisure complex.

As Chef de Partie depending upon your experience, you will be working in a section, helping with daily food preparation, organising a section and ensuring that your section is ready for service.

The Executive Chef is happy to look at an Experienced Commis Chef or Demi looking to take on a little more responsibility.

There is possible live in available for this position but may suit any candidates living in the Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Kegworth or Loughborough area with access to their own transport if required.

Base salary of upto £30,000 (depending on experience)
