Job summary

Chef Results Limited in Nottingham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy multi-outlet hotel kitchen. You will be responsible for running your section and ensuring it is fully prepared for busy service times, delivering quality fresh food in a high-pressure environment.

This is a permanent role with meals on duty, uniform provided, pension, straight shift and a share of tips, plus access to hotel facilities and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential.
• Ability to perform to high standards and run your section without compromising cooking standards.

Responsibilities

• Run your section and ensure it is fully prepared for busy service times.
• Maintain high cooking standards during service and support senior chefs as required.
• Prepare and organise your station to deliver consistent results during peak periods.

The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel situated in Nottingham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the stable kitchen team. The hotel is extremely busy catering for leisure and conferences along with a fresh food restaurant and lounge bar. As Chef de Partie you will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service times and be confident running your section. Requirements:
