East of England Co-operative in Melton Constable is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support the store in delivering high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, and engagement with the local community.

You will join a diverse team with shifts across the week, including evenings and weekends. Availability and flexibility are essential as contracts are shaped to store needs; working patterns are non-contractual and may change.

Location: 71-73 Briston Road, Melton Constable, Norwich, NR24 2AP

As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) you will be responsible for supporting your store to deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community.

You will be working as part of a diverse and motivated team of colleagues who strive to attract and delight new and existing customers every day, supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of our business.

Availability is extremely important to us. Whilst we may have identified shifts above, shaping contracts around the operational needs of the store is our priority, and availability is essential to this role. We encourage you to share your availability during application, this will help us better understand the opportunities we have for you in store. We look for broad availability Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

Our working patterns are non-contractual.
