Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Commercial Group Co-Ordinator to support the management and performance of consultants, contractors and subcontractors across Highway Services programmes in Durham.

The contract is for 2 months and is on-site at DH7 8XL, with a pay rate of £16.08 per hour PAYE. The role requires procurement expertise, contract documentation knowledge, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of procurement and successfully implementing contracts to timescales and targets.
• Awareness and understanding of NEC3/4 contract documentation.
• Strong communication, organisational and Microsoft Office skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project management, procurement and day-to-day contract management of consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, contract compliance and required procurement documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial, contract and project records, including consultancy logs and expenditure information.
• Assist with contract documentation, external consultancy services and Highway Services contracts.
• Build effective working relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
