Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing temporary work with an established logistics business based in Manchester. The role involves multidrop deliveries and collections across the local area, with up to 10 drops per day and both day and night shifts available.

You'll typically work 8 to 12 hours per shift, earning between £15 and £17 per hour, paid weekly. The role requires a Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph cards, and a clean licence with no more than 6 points.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points on licence and no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsements.

Responsibilities

Our client offers palletised, curtainsider and strapping work across the North West, with both day and night shifts available and up to 10 drops per day.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing multidrop deliveries and collections across the local area - up to 10 drops per day

• Adhering to driving hours regulations and road safety requirements

To be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
