Job summary

Connect Appointments are recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver for a minimum 4-week temporary assignment with an established logistics business based in Bradford. The role involves a Monday to Friday 6am start and deliveries between the Midlands and Teesside, with paperwork completed accurately.

Pay is £17.93 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly. Requirements include a Class 2 licence with 1+ year experience, CPC, tachograph cards and clean licence with no more than 6 points.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points on licence; no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsements.

Our client operates a busy distribution route between the Midlands and Teesside, with all deliveries taken off by forklift and no manual handling involved.

What's on offer?

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing deliveries between the Midlands and Teesside
• Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all times

To be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
